In a Pinch! Dinners, Talbot County’s first dinner assembly service, helps clients prepare healthy and affordable entrees for their families.

How it works:

We provide you with all of the fresh, raw ingredients, chopped and prepared, to make the entrees. Move between five stations and assemble each meal (2-4 servings or 4-6 servings) following a recipe, add or subtract items as you please. Preparation instructions and nutritional analysis are provided for all entrees by licensed dietitians on our staff. We’ll even suggest side dishes and wines to complement your meal.

While we change the menu monthly, entrees always include a beef, a poultry, a pork, a fish and/or seafood, and a meatless entree. Some of our favorite entrees include Mexican Fiesta Steak, Oriental Pork Chops, Grilled Sesame Chicken, Salmon with Hoisin Glaze, and Sicilian Pasta Bake. If you are truly “in a pinch” we’ll even asssemble and deliver your meals to you. Reservations are required.
